About The Position

JPC LLC, a Domino’s Pizza franchise, is hiring Customer Service Representatives/Pizza Makers. The role is an entry-level opportunity to develop teamwork and customer-service skills while making pizzas. Team members work in the kitchen, take phone and counter orders, and clean equipment and the facility. Domino’s provides training in its pizza-making techniques, and employees work together to provide customer service in a fun environment. Full-time and part-time schedules are available, including the option to work only a day or two per week.

Requirements

• Be fun and friendly and comfortable talking to strangers.
• Be a punctual team player with a positive attitude.
• Pass a criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and take orders with a smile.
• Answer phones and provide outstanding customer service.
• Operate the cash register and collect customer payments.
• Make consistent products according to Domino’s Pizza guidelines.
• Clean equipment and the facility, maintaining a clean and organized work environment from the customer’s viewpoint.
• Maintain a professional appearance in compliance with Domino’s Pizza Grooming Standards.
• Work as part of a team to provide customer service.
