About The Position

JPC LLC, a Domino’s Pizza franchise, is hiring Customer Service Representatives/Pizza Makers. This entry-level role involves working in the kitchen and serving customers while making pizzas as part of a team. The company provides training in pizza-making techniques and offers opportunities to develop customer-service and teamwork skills and grow within the organization. Full-time and part-time schedules are available, including the option to work one or two days a week.

Requirements

• Be friendly and comfortable talking to strangers.
• Be a punctual team player with a positive attitude.
• Pass a required criminal background check.
• Maintain a professional appearance in compliance with Domino’s Pizza Grooming Standards.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and take orders in person with a smile.
• Answer phones and take phone orders.
• Operate the cash register and collect customer payments.
• Make consistent products according to Domino’s Pizza guidelines.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including cleaning equipment and the facility.
• Maintain a professional appearance in compliance with Domino’s Pizza Grooming Standards.
• Work with the team to provide outstanding customer service.
