About The Position

JPC LLC, a Domino’s Pizza franchise, is hiring a Customer Service Representative/Pizza Maker. Team members work in the kitchen and assist customers by taking phone and counter orders, preparing pizzas, cleaning equipment and the facility, and working with the team to provide good customer service. The role offers training in pizza-making techniques and is suitable for entry-level candidates or people seeking a second job. The position requires a criminal background check.

Requirements

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and take orders in a friendly manner.
• Answer phones and provide outstanding customer service.
• Operate the cash register and collect customer payments.
• Prepare consistent products according to Domino’s Pizza guidelines.
• Clean equipment and the facility, and maintain an organized work environment.
• Maintain a professional appearance in compliance with Domino’s Pizza Grooming Standards.
• Work as a team to provide customer service.
