About The Position

JPC LLC, a Domino’s Pizza franchise, is hiring a Shift Leader to oversee all activities during a shift. The role is responsible for cost, inventory, and cash controls, as well as customer relations. The Shift Leader sets an example for the crew and ensures that all policies and procedures are followed consistently. The position offers an opportunity to develop skills and grow within the organization.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have judgment, math skills, and the ability to multitask.
• Criminal background check required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee everything that happens during the shift.
• Manage cost controls, inventory control, and cash control.
