About The Position

The Pizza Line Cook prepares salads, appetizers, and grilled items to order, with experience making and working with pizza dough. The role is responsible for setting up and stocking the station, following instructions and recipes, and taking ownership of food production through final delivery. The cook works closely with front-of-house staff and management to provide consistent menu items and exceed guest expectations. The position requires attention to kitchen cleanliness and safety, the ability to manage multiple tasks during high-volume periods, and a flexible schedule that may include weekends and holidays.

Requirements

• Working knowledge of a variety of kitchen equipment.
• Ability to adapt to new menu items and cooking techniques.
• Ability to complete multiple tasks and handle heavy volume under time constraints.
• Experience making and working with pizza dough.
• Ability to obtain Food Handling and Sanitation Certification within four weeks of hire.
• Good attitude and work ethic to support operating efficiency and established guest satisfaction criteria.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays as required.

Responsibilities

• Follow instructions and recipes provided by a supervisor.
• Keep the kitchen floor clean by sweeping and mopping as needed.
• Observe safety procedures at all times.

• Set up and stock the station for the shift.
