Requirements
- Standing and/or walking - 100% of time.
- Occasionally lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Frequently lifting up to 20 lbs
Responsibilities
- Prepare all menu items according to Parkhurst recipes.
- Produce one (or more) specialty pizza(s) each service period.
- Stretch dough and toss to attain round shape for pizza.
- Ensure the quality of the food produced and maintain the quality and quantity of food throughout the service periods.
- Interact with our guests in a friendly, professional manner.
- Use Smile Plus hospitality imperatives.
- Produce pizza dough daily.
