About The Position
At Marzoni’s Brick Oven & Brewery, our mission is to provide Good Food, Good Beer, and Good Times to our guests. Requirements
- 16 Years old
Responsibilities
- Operation of Brick Oven and Equipment
- Proper Sanitation and Preventative Maintenance of Brick Oven and Equipment
- Follow HACCP guidelines and complete Safety Temperature Sheets
- Proper handling, preparation, pulling, and rotation of pizza dough
- Maintain presentable appearance and professional demeanor by Marzoni’s standard – open kitchen
- Performing other duties as assigned or directed
