About The Position

The Pizza Baker prepares pizza, Stromboli, calzones, and related products. Day-to-day work includes preparing pizza for the day, assisting customers in the department, preparing prepackaged pizza and products for customers, and rotating shelves. The position emphasizes friendly customer service, teamwork, maintaining store efficiency, and representing the store positively in interactions with customers and team members.

This role requires frequent standing and walking, with occasional pulling, pushing, squatting, reaching, and lifting up to 40 pounds. It also involves occasional exposure to cramped or confined spaces, extreme non-weather-related heat, and noise.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1 to 3 years of experience.
• Knowledge of food preparation.
• Ability to safely use or operate knives, ovens, scales, wrapping machine, steamers, mixers, and other equipment required for kitchen operations.
• Excellent customer service.
• Good oral communication skills.
• Great work ethic, passion for food, problem-solving ability, self-motivation, reliability, flexibility, and honesty.
