A Pala Lead supervises the production of Roman-style Pizza alla Pala, Focaccia, and other Bakery items in a single Eataly location’s baking facility. Reports to the Head Chef and Sous Chef Managers. Supervises and directs the bakery/pizza production staff at the direction of the Head Chef. Assists the Head Chef and Sous Chef Managers with leading, training and developing team members.
