Pitch Deck Designer
About The Position
The kind of Pitch Deck Designer we're looking for: You take complex ideas and make them make sense visually, fast. You've got real range across layout, typography, and infographics, and you know how to turn a dense strategy deck into something a client actually wants to look at. You're the person people hand a messy set of insights to and trust to come back with something polished. You're comfortable owning a pitch deck from blank page to final send, working across teams to pull out what matters and cut what doesn't. If PowerPoint, Slides, and InDesign already feel like an extension of your hand, keep reading. This isn't a role where you're just formatting someone else's outline. You're expected to bring design judgment to the table, not just execute exactly what's handed to you. It's also not a generalist design role, presentations are the craft here, not a side task.
Requirements
- Strong experience in presentation design, layout design, editorial design, typography, and infographics
- Mastery of PowerPoint, Slides, and InDesign
- Comfort multitasking under tight deadlines with an eagerness to push creative boundaries
Nice To Haves
- Consultancy or pharma presentation experience
Responsibilities
- Own design for new business pitches and client presentations end to end, from concept through execution
- Collaborate across the agency, turning other people's insights into visuals that actually land
- Lead creative direction on your assigned projects, keeping every slide clear and visually consistent
- Shape dense, complex information into digestible, eye-catching design
