Senior Pitch Designer

Wpromote
$157,000 - $175,000Remote

About The Position

As Senior Pitch Designer, you will be the design lead on Wpromote's enterprise new business pursuits, and report into the Senior Director, Growth Enablement. When a large opportunity comes in, you are the person who turns strategy documents, audit findings, and media plans into visual storytelling. You will work alongside the assigned Growth Lead on each pursuit, partnering with strategists, analysts, and subject matter experts across the agency to shape how our thinking is seen and heard in the room. This is a dedicated new business role for someone who is energized by a packed pitch calendar. As an individual contributor, you will own the visual quality and delivery readiness of every asset that goes in front of a prospect. You will also bring motion and video into our pitches, moving us beyond static slides toward sizzle reels, animated data stories, and short-form video. If you have a polished design aesthetic, deep presentation craft, and the instinct to know how to bring a narrative to life, we would love to get to know you better. At Wpromote, we believe that great work is only possible with great people. Our goal is to build a better, more inclusive work environment and support our people at every stage of their careers by prioritizing a strong work-life balance through our policies and benefits listed below. As a Best Place to Work according to both Ad Age and Glassdoor and Adweek’s Fastest Growing Digital Agency, we are moving fast to expand our teams and bring new experts into the fold to keep pushing the boundaries of what’s possible in marketing.

  • Genuine skill at data visualization, and the judgment to know when a chart is needed and when a single large word is sufficient
  • Comfort working from strategy and analytics inputs, and the confidence to ask a strategist what a slide is actually trying to prove
  • Strong time management and the composure to work under real deadline pressure, including compressed pitch windows
  • Excellent collaborative instincts, and a track record of taking direction from senior stakeholders without losing your own point of view

  • Supporting rehearsal rounds and the live pitch itself, absorbing late changes and helping the team walk in confident

  • Archiving final as-delivered files, source files, linked assets, and fonts at the close of each pursuit
