About The Position

The PIT Operator operates powered industrial lift trucks and order pickers to move products, equipment, and materials and supports warehouse receiving and shipping activities. The role uses handheld scanners, loads and unloads trailers as needed, follows the 7S program, maintains a clean work environment, and demonstrates a commitment to process excellence and the Supply Chain quality policy. The position is scheduled Sunday through Tuesday, 5:30 AM to 6:00 PM, with availability for overtime when needed.

Requirements

• Be trained and certified in the safe operation of powered industrial lift trucks.
• Be available to work a flexible schedule, including overtime when needed.
• Be able to lift 50 lbs. frequently and more than 75 lbs. occasionally.
• Be able to lift objects of various shapes, sizes, and weights.
• Be able to bend, stoop, squat, twist, push, and pull.
• Be able to stand, sit, or walk for long periods.
• Be able to handle or manage tools or equipment.
• Be able to tolerate hot or cold warehouse environments.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• One year of warehouse experience.
• Positive attitude and ability to work well in a team environment.
• Excellent communication skills.

• Perform inbound receiving processes.
