About The Position

GXO is hiring a PIT Operator II to support its warehouse and supply chain operations. The role involves operating powered industrial lift trucks and order pickers, handling products and materials, using a handheld scanner, loading and unloading trailers, and completing inbound receiving. The operator is expected to follow the 7S program, maintain a clean environment, and demonstrate commitment to process excellence and the company quality policy.

The schedule is Friday through Sunday, 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM. The position requires warehouse experience, certification in the safe operation of powered industrial lift trucks, and availability for a flexible schedule with possible overtime. Work takes place in warehouse environments that may be hot or cold and involves lifting, prolonged sitting, standing or walking, and other physical tasks.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of warehouse experience.
• Training and certification in the safe operation of powered industrial lift trucks.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, with possible overtime when needed.
• Ability to lift objects of various shapes, sizes, and weights up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to sit, stand, or walk for long periods of time.
• Ability to bend, stoop, squat, twist, push, and pull.
• Ability to handle or manage tools or equipment.
• Ability to tolerate hot or cold warehouse environments.

Responsibilities

• Operate powered industrial lift trucks (forklifts) and order pickers to push, pull, lift, stack, or move products, equipment, and materials.
