About The Position

This role operates a pit loader safely and efficiently to load haul trucks with raw materials. The position involves performing routine equipment inspections and basic maintenance tasks, communicating effectively with team members and supervisors, monitoring material quality, and following all safety protocols and environmental regulations.

Requirements

• Demonstrated ability to operate heavy equipment in a safe and productive manner
• Strong awareness of safety standards and procedures
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to work night shifts and adapt to changing schedules
• Commitment to maintaining equipment and reporting issues promptly
• Must be eligible to work in the United States and comply with company policies

Responsibilities

• Operate pit loader safely and efficiently to load haul trucks with raw materials
• Perform routine equipment inspections and basic maintenance tasks
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth operations
• Monitor material quality and report inconsistencies or hazards
• Follow all safety protocols and environmental regulations
