Requirements

  • Demonstrated ability to operate heavy equipment in a safe and productive manner
  • Strong awareness of safety standards and procedures
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Willingness to work night shifts and adapt to changing schedules
  • Commitment to maintaining equipment and reporting issues promptly
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States and comply with company policies

Responsibilities

  • Operate pit loader safely and efficiently to load haul trucks with raw materials
  • Perform routine equipment inspections and basic maintenance tasks
  • Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth operations
  • Monitor material quality and report inconsistencies or hazards
  • Follow all safety protocols and environmental regulations
