About The Position

Heidelberg Materials is one of the world's largest suppliers of building materials. Heidelberg Materials North America operates over 450 locations across the U.S. and Canada with approximately 9,000 employees. This role operates a front-end loader to safely move, load, and stockpile aggregate materials. The operator will perform pre- and post-operation inspections, maintain efficient material flow, and follow safety procedures. The position requires reliable attendance, the ability to work independently and as part of a team, and comfort working outdoors in changing conditions.

• Ability to perform equipment inspections, identify issues, and take appropriate action.

• Comfortable working outdoors and adapting to changing priorities and conditions.

Responsibilities

• Operate front-end loader to safely move, load, and stockpile aggregate materials.
• Perform pre- and post-operation inspections; report and address equipment issues.
• Maintain efficient material flow to support plant or pit production targets.
• Follow safety procedures and respond proactively to changing site conditions.
• Keep work area organized and assist with general site housekeeping.
