About The Position
The Piper lays out, fabricates, assembles, and installs piping for underground and above-ground electric, telecommunications, water, or natural gas utility construction. The role also performs necessary piping and laboring functions in support of the utility construction crew.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent, or equivalent relevant experience.
- At least 1 year of previous general labor construction experience.
- Ability to read and write English.
- Must have or be able to obtain through company-provided training, and maintain, gas utility installation and services/construction-related industry Operator Qualifications (OQs).
- OSHA-10 Certification; company support is available if not current.
- DOT Medical Card; assistance is provided.
- Valid U.S. driver's license.
- Successful drug screen, background check, and motor vehicle record (MVR) review per federal and state regulations.
