About The Position

Keeley Companies’ Gulf Coast Industrial team is seeking experienced Pipefitter A and Pipefitter B employees to support commercial and industrial projects. Candidates should demonstrate technical ability, reliability, and a commitment to safety and quality workmanship. Pipefitter A responsibilities include installing, fitting, and assembling piping systems according to project specifications.

Requirements

• Have personal basic hand tools; specialty tools are provided by the company.
• Be dependable and punctual, and maintain reliable transportation.
• Be able to pass a background check.
• Have OSHA 10 certification or be willing to obtain it.
• Be available to work all shifts as required.
• Be able to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting, climbing, and bending.
• Pass a written pipefitter test to qualify for “A” Class pay; candidates with valid NCCER certification and a card or verifiable NCCER number may be eligible to waive the test.
• Agree to complete a skills assessment and pre-employment drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret isometrics, blueprints, and other construction drawings.
• Coordinate, request, and manage materials needed for daily tasks.
• Install, fit, and assemble piping systems according to project specifications (A-level).
• Work efficiently with minimal supervision while maintaining high craftsmanship standards.
• Prioritize work in alignment with project schedules and deadlines.
• Adhere to company and site-specific safety procedures and protocols.
