Decision authority includes stopping work for safety or quality concerns and escalating issues. Progression is signaled by consistent attendance, cross-training effectiveness, quality performance, safe operation of equipment, meeting daily attainment metrics, proper system utilization, skill growth, and positive supervisor assessment. Success is indicated by consistent attendance, low rework, safe behavior, and cross-training engagement. Progression blockers include rework trends, safety issues, poor attendance, resistance to learning, and low engagement. Performance is evaluated through a combination of documented system data and direct leadership validation, including Mendix data for productivity and supervisor feedback for safety, quality, and skill application.
