About The Position

MSS Solutions, LLC is hiring a Foreman - Mechanical to supervise mechanical piping and/or sheet metal duct system work at job sites. The role supports the Superintendent in completing projects on time, safely, and on or under budget. Responsibilities also include testing mechanical systems for safety and functionality and observing, reporting, and correcting unsafe work environments. Other duties may be assigned by the company.

Requirements

• Five years of commercial sheet metal or mechanical piping experience.
• At least one year of supervisory experience.
• Ability to communicate clearly with the Superintendent and follow direction.
• Ability to arrive on time, ready to work, and in uniform.
• Must successfully pass a background check and drug test.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the layout, assembly, and installation of various sizes and types of mechanical piping and/or sheet metal duct systems at job site locations.
• Support the Superintendent in completing projects on time, safely, and on or under budget.
• Test mechanical systems to ensure safety and functionality.
• Observe, report, and correct unsafe work environments.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the company.
