About The Position

MSS Solutions, LLC is hiring a Piping Foreman - Mechanical to supervise piping work and help complete projects safely, productively, and on time. The role involves coordinating work activities and resources, reading blueprints and equipment packaging lists, and supporting the Superintendent and Project Manager. The foreman is expected to deliver quality work, resolve straightforward job-related problems, and bring solutions to project leadership.

Requirements

• High school graduate or equivalent, with work experience.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
• Must successfully pass a background check and drug test.
• Ability to meet the physical demands described, including frequent or constant standing, walking, reaching, gripping, and lifting.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the layout, assembly, and installation of various sizes and types of piping.
• Direct others on work activities and organize the scheduling of resources.
• Read blueprints and equipment packaging lists for assembly.
• Solve simple job-related problems and bring solutions to the Superintendent or Project Manager.
• Work with a variety of tools, large machines, and specialty equipment.
• Support the Superintendent and Project Manager to complete the project in a timely manner.
• Provide quality and productive work without contact reminder.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Company.
