About The Position

MSS Solutions, LLC is hiring a Foreman - Mechanical to supervise mechanical piping and/or sheet metal duct system work at job sites. The role supports the Superintendent in completing projects safely, on time, and on or under budget. Requirements

Five years of commercial sheet metal or mechanical piping experience.
At least one year of supervisory experience.
Ability to communicate clearly with the Superintendent and follow direction.
Ability to arrive on time, ready to work, and in uniform.
Must successfully pass a background check and drug test.
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Physical ability to sit occasionally; stoop, crouch, kneel, balance, and climb frequently; and stand, walk, reach, and grip constantly.
Required vision abilities include close, distance, color, and peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
Must be able to talk and hear.
Occasional lifting up to 50 pounds when lifting alone and constant lifting up to 25 pounds; material handling includes occasional lifting up to 115 pounds, frequent lifting up to 50 pounds, and constant lifting up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

Supervise the layout, assembly, and installation of various sizes and types of mechanical piping and/or sheet metal duct systems at job site locations.
Support the Superintendent in completing projects on time, safely, and on or under budget.
Test mechanical systems to ensure safety and functionality.
Observe, report, and correct unsafe work environments.
Perform other duties and responsibilities assigned by the company.
