About The Position
As a Pipe Crew Foreman with Quikrete Heavy Construction Materials, you will lead a crew in the installation of pipeline and sewer systems in Salt Lake City, UT. This role involves overseeing daily on-site construction activities, directing, scheduling, and managing multiple crews and subcontractors. A key aspect of the position is ensuring all safety standards and OSHA requirements are met. You will also be responsible for operating and assisting with pipe laying and heavy equipment as needed. Travel may be required for this position. Requirements
- A minimum of 1–year of experience as a jobsite foreman.
- Supervisory experience with crews of 6–10 people.
- Good organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Experience operating equipment such as skid steers, backhoes, track hoes, and compactors.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily on-site construction activities; travel may be required.
- Direct, schedule, and manage multiple crews and subcontractors.
- Ensure all safety standards and OSHA requirements are met.
- Operate and assist with pipe laying and heavy equipment as needed.
