About The Position

The PIO Installer is responsible for installing port installed accessories on new vehicles. Performance and efficiency of each installation is reviewed, analyzed and measured for continuous improvement. Individual must be able to work at a fast pace and be flexible if operation plan changes. Must be open to overtime when needed.

Requirements

Mechanically inclined and ability to operate a wide range of hand tools associated with auto part installation
Excellent verbal and written communication
Computer literacy with experience in Bluetooth/RF technology and logistics software required
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
Ability to adapt to process change and ISO standards
Quality Audit reporting
Excellent internal customer service
Ability to work efficiently as a team and also unsupervised
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume vehicle logistics or production environment
Clean and organized
H.S Diploma/G.E.D Required
Valid state driver's license Required

Nice To Haves

1 year experience in Auto Part Installations Preferred
