About The Position
The Pine Room Attendant is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the building and grounds, including litter removal and general upkeep. This role involves assisting with various setups, managing supplies for concession stands, and ensuring a positive guest experience through cheerful interaction and problem-solving.
Requirements
- Ability to interact with the public with a cheerful and positive attitude.
- Ability to solve guest problems and complaints in a proper manner.
- Ability to maintain harmonious working relationships with fellow employees.
Responsibilities
- Keep building and grounds clean of litter and debris.
- Carry out job assignments from shift supervisors.
- Clean parking lot, circle, club room, restrooms, etc.
- Store supplies as they arrive.
- Provide supplies as needed to concession stands.
- Help with all setups (Pine Room, club room, caddy camp, etc.).
- Maintain general cleanliness of building, restrooms, storage areas, mirrors, and litter containers.
- Interact with the public with a cheerful and positive attitude.
- Solve guest problems and complaints in a proper manner.
- Maintain harmonious working relationships with fellow employees.
