The Product Information Management (PIM) and Digital Asset Management (DAM) Administrator will be responsible for overseeing the PIM platform, optimizing its functionality, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance product content and presentation. The PIM/DAM Administrator is responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of a corporate PIM platform and related eCommerce content syndication operations. The PIM/DAM Administrator is accountable for successfully driving and delivering an enterprise PIM/DAM program. This dynamic position will work to identify and remove impediments impacting the team’s ability to deliver scalable, sustainable product content that is shared with numerous retail and distribution partners. The role will document requirements, build workflows, and publish reports to ensure all product content requirements are met with quality. Assist in creating implementation plans and delivering defined project outputs on time/schedule. Govern data quantity and ensure that accurate product information and visuals are correctly synchronized across all eCommerce and marketing channels. The ideal candidate should possess experience implementing PIM and Syndication solutions. The ability to effectively partner, establish/maintain productive relationships with stakeholders, solve problems and provide project status is key.
