About The Position

The Intermediate Classroom Teacher at Beaver Dam Elementary is responsible for planning, organizing, and delivering instructional programs that support the premise that all students can learn. This role implements activities that promote the learning goals and academic expectations of school improvement in Kentucky. The teacher will focus on demonstrating professional leadership, communicating content knowledge effectively, planning engaging lessons, managing the classroom environment, and assessing student progress.

Requirements

Kentucky certificate, license, or other legal credentials required.
Experience and other qualifications as specified by the Superintendent.
Ability to work effectively with students
Ability to communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues.

Responsibilities

Operates a multimedia computer and peripherals to install and use a variety of software.
