About The Position

SkyShare is seeking a passionate and skilled PC-12 Captain to join our team in Ogden, UT. This role is part of our Part 135 flight department based in Salt Lake City, Utah. As a pilot, you will leverage your flying expertise to provide clients with the highest level of service and safety. SkyShare is a fast-growing private aviation company with a premium fleet and a commitment to 5-star service and safety.

Requirements

Must have prior professional single-pilot time
FAA Commercial or Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) Certificate with appropriate category and class
Minimum 1500 hours total flight time, including: 1000 hours as PIC, 300 hours turbine, 100 hours instrument (at least 50 hours actual flight), 500 hours cross-country, 100 hours of night flying
Valid FAA 1st Class Medical Certificate
FCC Restricted Radiotelephone Operator Permit
FAA Instrument Rating
Valid U.S. passport and driver’s license
Current IFR knowledge and experience
Must have professional single-pilot experience
Must reside within 1 hour of the Ogden, UT Airport or commit to relocating within two months of hire.
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
Must be able to pass TSA background checks and secure an appropriate SIDA badge when applicable.

Prior Part 135 experience preferred

Responsibilities

Ensure strict compliance with FAA regulations, company policies, checklists, and best practices.
Perform duties of up to 14 hours per day during trips for as many as 8 consecutive days, often crossing multiple time zones and navigating drastically different weather conditions.
Be available for overnight trips, spending several days and nights away from home in hotels.
Manage sleep effectively to ensure readiness for flight duty.
Handle and care for animals before, during, and after flights.
