About The Position

The Piece Rate Installer installs company products according to work orders and manufacturer, quality, and safety guidelines. Products may include insulation, fireplaces, gutters, mirrors and shelving, garage doors, windows, shower enclosures, home wrap, and other products sold by the company. The role involves preparing for daily work, transporting and staging materials, inspecting vehicles and job sites, and reporting safety, customer, or quality concerns. Warehouse-related duties and other assigned responsibilities may also be required. The position requires daily travel to job sites, with local travel and out-of-town travel as needed. It is safety-sensitive and involves prolonged standing, repetitive motions, bending, stooping, pushing, pulling, hand-eye coordination, hand dexterity, physical strength, and lifting up to 50 pounds depending on job duties.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age.
A valid driver's license is required if operating a vehicle for company purposes.
Able to meet the physical demands of the role, including lifting up to 50 pounds depending on job duties.

Responsibilities

Install company products according to work orders and manufacturer, quality, and safety guidelines.
Review the daily work schedule and ensure the truck is loaded with the products, tools, and equipment needed for the day.
Complete vehicle safety and job-site inspections.
Safely unload and stage material at job sites.
Report safety, customer, or quality concerns.
Perform warehouse-related duties as required.
Perform other duties, tasks, or responsibilities as assigned.
