This is a production-based piece-rate position: pay includes $19.00 per hour plus a $0.40 piece rate. The role is based in Northampton, Pennsylvania, and works 2nd shift, Monday through Friday, from 4:00 p.m. to 12:30 a.m. The work involves receiving wood from the saw shop, assembling it with a nail gun along set stringers, and stacking finished pallets by hand for forklift operators. Employees are expected to follow company safety procedures and maintain high standards of quality while producing a high volume of finished goods. The position requires regular lifting of wooden pallets weighing about 50 pounds, and the work environment may involve extreme temperatures, air particulates, noise, and prolonged physical activity.
