About The Position

W.B. Mason is hiring a full-time Warehouse Picking Associate to help process and receive product shipments and pick customer-specific orders accurately. The role involves active, hands-on work, including organizing inventory and fulfilling time-sensitive orders as part of a supportive team. The schedule is Monday through Friday, with daily overtime and no weekend shifts.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Ability to lift and/or move up to 75 pounds.
Attention to detail.
Outstanding communication skills.
Ability to demonstrate accuracy and thoroughness.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to converse, read, and write in English.
