About The Position
Safely and accurately pick garments from warehouse pick locations according to work orders and place them in the staging area for processing. The role requires demonstrating strong work ethics, attention to detail, goal attainment, and the company culture.
Responsibilities
- Use a pick cart to pick and process garment orders according to customer requirements, accurately matching garments to the correct work orders.
- Ensure picked work reaches the correct department.
- Stage carts appropriately for Direct Embroidery Operators, Garment Processor Operators, Emblem Embroidery Operators, and other relevant teams.
- Communicate equipment problems to the Maintenance/Production Supervisor.
- Process orders according to order-type priority and ship date.
- Meet or exceed picker production standards.
