About The Position

This role is for a Picker/Packer on the 1st Shift. The position requires the ability to perform various physical tasks and possess specific skills related to order fulfillment and communication. The work environment is a distribution setting with moderate noise levels, exposure to vibrations and dust, and proximity to moving machinery. The job requires working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Requirements

Ability to print and speak simple sentences well both written and verbally, in English.
Ability to read a limited number of two and three syllable words and to recognize similarities and differences between words and between a series of numbers.
Ability to add and subtract basic math.
Specific vision ability required: close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus.

Nice To Haves

High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
1-3 months of order pulling experience or equivalent combination of education and distribution experience
