Seasonal Picker/Packer - 1st Shift
About The Position
This is a seasonal Picker/Packer role on the 1st shift, located at the Indy North facility. The position involves picking items using the Jennifer system, packing them securely for shipment, and ensuring correct labeling. The role requires adherence to all safety policies and effective communication with supervisors regarding any order discrepancies. This seasonal position is expected to last through the facility's peak season, with potential for extension or earlier termination based on business needs. Requirements
- Previous warehouse, distribution, or logistics experience - required
- Basic math skills for accuracy in order picking
- Proven success working in fast-paced, high-demand seasonal periods
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and lift throughout duration of 8 to 10-hour shift
- Ability to communicate effectively in English (written and verbal) to be able to collaborate with team members and follow direction from leadership
