About The Position

The Pick and Pack Associate plays a critical role in the efficient operation of our warehouse and distribution center by accurately selecting and preparing products for shipment. This position ensures that customer orders are fulfilled correctly and on time, contributing directly to customer satisfaction and company reputation. The associate will work closely with inventory management systems to locate items, verify quantities, and package products securely for delivery. Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read and understand order instructions and product labels.
• Basic proficiency with handheld scanning devices or willingness to learn.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• The Pick and Pack Associate utilizes attention to detail daily to ensure that each order is picked and packed accurately, minimizing errors and returns.
• Physical stamina and manual dexterity are essential for handling products and packaging materials efficiently throughout the shift.
• Familiarity with scanning technology and inventory systems enables the associate to track and verify items quickly, supporting smooth warehouse operations.
• Effective communication skills help in coordinating with team members and supervisors to address any order issues or workflow adjustments.
• Problem-solving abilities assist in identifying and resolving discrepancies or obstacles that may arise during the picking and packing process.
