About The Position
Join Our Fairfield, OHIO Team as an Order Picker! Do you love working with a team and staying active? At Phillips Pet Food & Supplies, we’ve been delivering happiness to pets and their people since 1938. Now we’re looking for Direct Hire Pick and Pack to help us keep tails wagging!
Requirements
- Solid work experience picking orders a scanner, with strong job longevity — must have been at one employer at least 2 years
- Able to perform all warehouse duties, not afraid of heights, and able to lift 40+ pounds
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Able to pass a 5-year criminal background check and mouth swab drug test
Responsibilities
- Pick and pack customer orders using a scanner
- Build pallets and stage them for outbound shipments
- Keep safety first— teamwork encouraged
