About The Position

Our Lifemark Kelowna Mission clinic is situated in the MNP Place Building, a unique building containing two indoor ice rinks, two indoor multi-purpose artificial turf fields, a fitness facility, a yoga studio, a library and a restaurant. The facility is located in the Mission region of Kelowna, adjacent to the H2O, a centre which hosts a 50-metre indoor swimming pool and other fitness facilities. The Lifemark Sport Medicine Kelowna Mission has 3 private rooms, as well as an open treatment area or gym accessible to our clients. We are composed of a multidisciplinary team of physiotherapists, registered massage therapists, occupational therapists, clinical counsellors, kinesiologists, and a friendly admin team. We specialize in Physiotherapy Rehabilitation, Concussion Care, Pain Management, Occupational Therapy, Clinical Counselling, and many more. Located in the heart of stunning Okanagan, British Columbia, you'll enjoy the breathtaking nature, warm weather, and endless outdoor adventures - from hiking, biking, skiing, and watersports. Requirements

  • Registered and in good standing with the College of Health and Care Professionals of British Columbia.
  • Professional liability insurance.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and a patient-first mindset.
  • Enthusiasm for mentoring, participating in clinic events, and sharing knowledge.
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Preferably with 10+ years of outpatient clinic experience with specialization in Concussion or Vestibular health is an asset.

Responsibilities

  • Develop personalized, evidence-informed care plans to support individual rehabilitation and wellness goals.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate patient-centric care and achieve optimal outcomes.
  • Build the next generation through mentorship and leadership (as assigned).
  • Stay current with best practices through continuous learning and professional development.
  • Utilize modern tools, including e-charting and digital communication, to streamline your workflow.
  • Partner with therapy assistants and kinesiologists to maximize clinical impact.
  • Educate patients and their families on recovery, prevention, and self-management strategies.
