About The Position
The Percy Hedley Foundation is seeking a motivated, flexible, and enthusiastic physiotherapist to join the Therapy Team at Hedleys College. This role is ideal for a newly qualified or early-career Physiotherapist looking to develop their skills within a supportive and experienced team. The successful candidate will manage a caseload of students with complex physical disabilities, communication difficulties, and learning needs, delivering both individual and group interventions. Collaboration with a multidisciplinary team is essential for an integrated and holistic approach to care. Rebound therapy and hydrotherapy are key components of the therapeutic programmes. The role offers excellent opportunities for continuing professional development (CPD) and regular clinical supervision. Hedleys College supports disabled young adults with neurological disorders, sensory and communication impairments, complex learning disabilities, and Autism Spectrum Conditions, providing personalised programmes through a skilled and dedicated staff team.
Requirements
- Qualified and HCPC-registered Physiotherapist.
- Commitment to delivering high-quality, person-centred care.

- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children, young people and vulnerable adults.
