Onni -Halsted Pointe Phase 1
About The Position
Onni Development is partnering with CEC on the Halsted Pointe Phase 1 project. This phase involves the construction of a 46-story residential tower with 464 apartment units, two levels of underground parking, five levels of above-ground parking, retail space, and resident amenities. The overall Halsted Pointe development will include five residential towers with a total of 1,650 units, a 160-room hotel, retail spaces, and indoor and outdoor amenity areas. All union trades are encouraged to apply for current and upcoming opportunities, and non-union candidates interested in the construction industry are also welcome.
