Our Lifemark Harvey Avenue clinic is centrally located along Highway 97, in the Kelowna Business Centre off the main highway and has been in operation since 2002. Our clinic is bordered by the Parkinson Recreation Centre fields on the East side, easily accessible by public transport, with a large free parking lot out front and is a wheelchair accessible facility. The clinic is a large multidisciplinary rehabilitation facility providing a full rehabilitation gym and private treatment rooms specializing in Physiotherapy Rehabilitation, Vestibular and Concussion Care, Pain Management, Occupational Therapy, Clinical Counselling, Hand Therapy, and many more. We offer flexibility, mentoring, growth and development in your career as well as having a birthday club, staff bootcamp and many other fun activities in the clinic. Requirements

Registered and in good standing with the College of Health and Care Professionals of British Columbia.
Professional liability insurance (as required).
Enthusiasm for mentoring, participating in clinic events, and sharing knowledge.
Ability to troubleshoot multi-factorial pain issues/headaches that may or may not have a mental health component.
Exceptional interpersonal skills and a patient-first mindset.
Ability to thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.

Nice To Haves

10+ years of outpatient clinic experience with concussion management specialization or traumatic brain injury, vestibular, and craniosaral therapy training.

Responsibilities

Develop personalized, evidence-informed care plans to support individual rehabilitation and wellness goals.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate patient-centric care and achieve optimal outcomes.
Build the next generation through mentorship and leadership (as assigned).
Stay current with best practices through continuous learning and professional development.
Utilize modern tools, including e-charting and digital communication, to streamline your workflow.
Partner with therapy assistants and kinesiologists to maximize clinical impact.
Educate patients and their families on recovery, prevention, and self-management strategies.
