About The Position

Lifemark is seeking a passionate physiotherapist dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Canadians. Active Physio Works — Tudor Glen is located in southern St. Albert, directly off of the Anthony Henday Freeway making it very accessible to many parts of Edmonton as well as St. Albert. Parking is ample, easily accessible and free. The clinic has been operating for over 20 years and has a strong presence in the community with a healthy referral network. The clinic incorporates Physiotherapy and Massage Therapy. Staff value a laid back atmosphere where you are able to treat in your own way. The physiotherapists at the clinic treat a myriad of conditions and demographics including concussion, vestibular and pelvic floor. Mentorship and professional development is a strong value at Tudor Glen. As a Lifemark physiotherapist, you’ll be a vital member of a multidisciplinary team, empowering individuals to overcome challenges, improve their mobility, and achieve their health goals. You'll be more than a care provider; you'll be an educator, motivator, and problem-solver, lifting people up, meeting people where they are in their health journeys, sharing knowledge, and delivering top-quality, patient-centered care.

Requirements

Active license in good standing with your provincial regulatory college.
Professional liability insurance (as required).
Exceptional interpersonal skills and a patient-first mindset.
Enthusiasm for mentoring, participating in clinic events, and sharing knowledge.
Ability to thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.

Nice To Haves

1–2+ years of outpatient clinic experience (preferred; new grads with provisional licenses are encouraged to apply!).

Responsibilities

Develop personalized, evidence-informed care plans to support individual rehabilitation and wellness goals.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate patient-centric care and achieve optimal outcomes.
Build the next generation through mentorship and leadership (as assigned).
Stay current with best practices through continuous learning and professional development.
Utilize modern tools, including e-charting and digital communication, to streamline your workflow.
Partner with therapy assistants and kinesiologists to maximize clinical impact.
Educate patients and their families on recovery, prevention, and self-management strategies.
