About The Position

Lifemark is seeking a passionate physiotherapist dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Canadians. Lifemark Synergy is a busy private practice clinic serving a mix of private, MVA, WCB, AHS, LTD, and PCVRS-funded patients. The clinic is a multidisciplinary team including physiotherapy, occupational therapy, psychology, massage therapy, acupuncture, kinesiology, and chiropractic care. The team values collaboration, client-centeredness, and compassion. We take pride in creating a safe and respectful space for all patients and employees. Located in Sherwood Park inside the Synergy building with various other medical clinics.

Requirements

Active license in good standing with your provincial regulatory college.
Professional liability insurance (as required).
Exceptional interpersonal skills and a patient-first mindset.
Enthusiasm for mentoring, participating in clinic events, and sharing knowledge.
Ability to thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.

Nice To Haves

1–2+ years of outpatient clinic experience (preferred; new grads with provisional licenses are encouraged to apply!).

Responsibilities

Develop personalized, evidence-informed care plans to support individual rehabilitation and wellness goals.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate patient-centric care and achieve optimal outcomes.
Build the next generation through mentorship and leadership (as assigned).
Stay current with best practices through continuous learning and professional development.
Utilize modern tools, including e-charting and digital communication, to streamline your workflow.
Partner with therapy assistants and kinesiologists to maximize clinical impact.
Educate patients and their families on recovery, prevention, and self-management strategies.
