Our Lifemark Hazelwood Physiotherapy is located in the heart of a bustling community in Surrey's Fleetwood area, just south of the Fraser Highway, and has been operating since 1993. The clinic operates in a 4,000 square feet area with 10 treatment rooms, offering a bright, spacious and comfortable setting with a full gym for our physiotherapy and rehab clients. We are accessible by public transportation and offer free parking. Our office is on the second floor, and there is an elevator available for your convenience. We are wheelchair accessible and a fragrance-free facility. At Lifemark Physiotherapy Hazelwood, we specialize in Physiotherapy Rehabilitation, Concussion Care, Pain Management, Occupational Therapy, Clinical Counselling, and many more. Our team of highly trained therapists - physiotherapists, physicians, chiropractors, registered massage therapists, occupational therapists, kinesiologists, clinical counsellors and many others- are passionate about helping clients recover from pain and injuries quickly and safely, so they can return to the life they enjoy. Requirements

  • Registered and in good standing with the College of Health and Care Professionals of British Columbia.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and a patient-first mindset.
  • Enthusiasm for mentoring, participating in clinic events, and sharing knowledge.
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Preferably with 1-5 years rehabilitation work experience as a physiotherapist.
  • Newly Licensed Graduates are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

  • Develop personalized, evidence-informed care plans to support individual rehabilitation and wellness goals.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate patient-centric care and achieve optimal outcomes.
  • Build the next generation through mentorship and leadership (as assigned).
  • Stay current with best practices through continuous learning and professional development.
  • Utilize modern tools, including e-charting and digital communication, to streamline your workflow.
  • Partner with therapy assistants and kinesiologists to maximize clinical impact.
  • Educate patients and their families on recovery, prevention, and self-management strategies.
