Our Lifemark OT - Consulting clinic is conveniently located on Lougheed Highway, between Rupert Street and Boundary Road, a few minutes from the Rupert Street Skytrain station. Established in 1986, the clinic boasts a spacious area of 8600 square feet that is wheelchair accessible. The clinic is well-lit and inviting with ample free parking. We leverage a large, well-equipped gym and work-simulation tools to achieve exceptional outcomes for WSBC, ICBC, LTD, and private clients. With over 30 years of experience in work conditioning, med-legal services, and functional capacity evaluations. Our primary treatment programs include concussion rehabilitation, occupational rehabilitation, general physiotherapy, vestibular therapy, active rehabilitation, medical-legal assessments, long-term disability, return-to-work planning and much more. Our team includes physiotherapists, occupational therapists, a physician, counsellor and kinesiologist, supported by dedicated admin staff, all working together within programs that emphasize early assessment, evidence-based concussion management, and safe return to work and daily function. Requirements

  • Active license in good standing with the College of Health and Care Professionals of British Columbia.
  • 3+ years of outpatient clinic experience with specialization in vestibular health to work in a program for ECAT/EACR.
  • Professional liability insurance (as required).
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and a patient-first mindset.
  • Enthusiasm for mentoring, participating in clinic events, and sharing knowledge.
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

  • Develop personalized, evidence-informed care plans to support individual rehabilitation and wellness goals.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate patient-centric care and achieve optimal outcomes.
  • Build the next generation through mentorship and leadership (as assigned).
  • Stay current with best practices through continuous learning and professional development.
  • Utilize modern tools, including e-charting and digital communication, to streamline your workflow.
  • Partner with therapy assistants and kinesiologists to maximize clinical impact.
  • Educate patients and their families on recovery, prevention, and self-management strategies.
