About The Position

Lifemark Physiotherapy Heritage Hill - 8180 MacLeod Trail SE, Calgary, AB, T2H 2B8 Heritage Hill is a busy private practice clinic serving a mix of private, MVA, WCB, and AHS-funded patients. It has recently been selected as a Long Term Disability hub for Calgary. Located in a multigenerational area, the clinic offers a range of interdisciplinary services, including Vestibular, Concussion, OT, Psych, and Chiropractic. It is located in a bright and well-established space. The team is focused on collaboration, compassion, and creating a great environment for both returning and brand-new clients. As a Lifemark physiotherapist, you’ll be a vital member of a multidisciplinary team, empowering individuals to overcome challenges, improve their mobility, and achieve their health goals. You'll be more than a care provider; you'll be an educator, motivator, and problem-solver, lifting people up, meeting people where they are in their health journeys, sharing knowledge, and delivering top-quality, patient-centered care.

Requirements

Active license in good standing with your provincial regulatory college.
Professional liability insurance (as required).
Exceptional interpersonal skills and a patient-first mindset.
Enthusiasm for mentoring, participating in clinic events, and sharing knowledge.
1–2+ years of outpatient clinic experience.
Ability to thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

Develop personalized, evidence-informed care plans to support individual rehabilitation and wellness goals.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate patient-centric care and achieve optimal outcomes.
Build the next generation through mentorship and leadership (as assigned).
Stay current with best practices through continuous learning and professional development.
Utilize modern tools, including e-charting and digital communication, to streamline your workflow.
Partner with therapy assistants and kinesiologists to maximize clinical impact.
Educate patients and their families on recovery, prevention, and self-management strategies.
