About The Position

Lifemark Seniors Wellness is a major provider of therapy solutions for seniors, partnering with numerous LTC homes, retirement communities, and seniors’ dwellings. This role is located in Barrie, ON, with a schedule of 5 hours per week.

Requirements

Active license in good standing with your provincial regulatory college.
Professional liability insurance (as required).
Exceptional interpersonal skills and a patient-first mindset.
Enthusiasm for mentoring, participating in clinic events, and sharing knowledge.
Ability to thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
A valid Vulnerable Sector screening check (within 6 months)
Proof of Tuberculin (2-Step Mantoux Test) clearance

Nice To Haves

1–2+ years of outpatient LTC experience (preferred; new grads with provisional licenses are encouraged to apply!).
Assistive Devices Program (ADP) authorization will be an asset

Responsibilities

Develop personalized, evidence-informed care plans to support individual rehabilitation and wellness goals.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate patient-centric care and achieve optimal outcomes.
Build the next generation through mentorship and leadership (as assigned).
Stay current with best practices through continuous learning and professional development.
Utilize modern tools, including e-charting and digital communication, to streamline workflow.
Partner with therapy assistants and kinesiologists to maximize clinical impact.
Educate patients and their families on recovery, prevention, and self-management strategies.
