About The Position

Lifemark Sport Institute is a multidisciplinary sport medicine facility with emphasis on collaborative and holistic health care. We provide our clients with compassionate, timely, client-centric and quality medical, physiotherapy and rehabilitation care. Our experienced and knowledgeable team consists of primary care physicians, orthopedic surgeons, physiotherapists, massage therapists, kinesiologists, Pedorthists, and psychologists, all of whom have a special interest in bone, joint and muscle injuries. We pride ourselves in getting to know our clients and creating personalized treatment plans to assist individuals in achieving their rehabilitation and functional goals.

As a Lifemark physiotherapist, you’ll be a vital member of a multidisciplinary team, empowering individuals to overcome challenges, improve their mobility, and achieve their health goals. You'll be more than a care provider; you'll be an educator, motivator, and problem-solver, lifting people up, meeting people where they are in their health journeys, sharing knowledge, and delivering top-quality, patient-centered care.

Requirements

• Active license in good standing with your provincial regulatory college.
• Professional liability insurance (as required).
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and a patient-first mindset.
• Enthusiasm for mentoring, participating in clinic events, and sharing knowledge.
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.

Nice To Haves

• 1–2+ years of outpatient clinic experience (preferred; new grads with provisional licenses are encouraged to apply!).

Responsibilities

• Develop personalized, evidence-informed care plans to support individual rehabilitation and wellness goals.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate patient-centric care and achieve optimal outcomes.
• Build the next generation through mentorship and leadership (as assigned).
• Stay current with best practices through continuous learning and professional development.
• Utilize modern tools, including e-charting and digital communication, to streamline your workflow.
• Partner with therapy assistants and kinesiologists to maximize clinical impact.
• Educate patients and their families on recovery, prevention, and self-management strategies.
