About The Position

Summit Physiotherapy is seeking a part-time Physiotherapist to work on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Fridays at their location at 677 Innovation Drive, Kingston, ON, K7K 7E6. The role involves being a vital member of a multidisciplinary team, empowering individuals to improve mobility and achieve health goals. The physiotherapist will act as an educator, motivator, and problem-solver, delivering patient-centered care.

Requirements

Active license in good standing with your provincial regulatory college.
Professional liability insurance (as required).
Exceptional interpersonal skills and a patient-first mindset.
Enthusiasm for mentoring, participating in clinic events, and sharing knowledge.
Ability to thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.

Nice To Haves

1–2+ years of outpatient clinic experience (preferred; new grads with provisional licenses are encouraged to apply!).

Responsibilities

Develop personalized, evidence-informed care plans to support individual rehabilitation and wellness goals.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate patient-centric care and achieve optimal outcomes.
Build the next generation through mentorship and leadership (as assigned).
Stay current with best practices through continuous learning and professional development.
Utilize modern tools, including e-charting and digital communication, to streamline your workflow.
Partner with therapy assistants and kinesiologists to maximize clinical impact.
Educate patients and their families on recovery, prevention, and self-management strategies.
