Requirements

Active license in good standing with your provincial regulatory college.
Professional liability insurance (as required).
1–2+ years of outpatient clinic experience
Ability to thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.

Nice To Haves

Experience or interest in neurology (adults and/or pediatrics)
Experience or interest in treating vestibular disorders, chronic pain, concussion, functional neurological disorder is an asset.
Exceptional interpersonal skills and a patient-first mindset.
Enthusiasm for mentoring, participating in clinic events, and sharing knowledge.

Responsibilities

Develop personalized, evidence-informed care plans to support individual rehabilitation and wellness goals.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate patient-centric care and achieve optimal outcomes.
Build the next generation through mentorship and leadership (as assigned).
Stay current with best practices through continuous learning and professional development.
Utilize modern tools, including e-charting and digital communication, to streamline your workflow.
Educate patients and their families on recovery, prevention, and self-management strategies.
