About The Position

This leadership role is at the Brampton County Court clinic, where the Manager, Clinic Services will create a clinic environment exemplifying CBI Health's values through coaching, mentoring, and engaging clinical staff, while also fostering business growth through community relationships.

Requirements

  • A BSc or MSc degree in Physiotherapy
  • Experience in a private clinic/rehabilitation setting
  • Registration in good standing with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario
  • A results-oriented, adaptable and well-organized approach
  • The ability to function independently and multi-task
  • Sound written/verbal communication skills
  • The ability to provide employee development and coaching
  • Enthusiasm for furthering your skills through additional training

Responsibilities

  • Lead and inspire others by developing and retaining talent, mentoring employees and leading by example
  • Promote and facilitate communication to assist in the recovery and rehabilitation process, while delivering a strong clinical practice with excellent patient outcomes
  • Engage with the community, including physicians and funders (WSIB, Auto Insurance Adjusters and LTD)
  • Develop and nurture relationships with stakeholders and organizations that refer patients to CBI Health
  • Provide clinic input into business decisions, service delivery models and developmental opportunities for team members
  • Set goals that align with key strategic priorities and ensure that services delivered align with key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Ensure all practices are conducted with integrity and in alignment with best practices and CBI Health policies, including privacy policies
  • Align local objectives to organizational key strategic priorities and functional goals, identifying clinical metrics to meet and exceed CBI Health’s vision and values
  • Organize resources to solve problems and make tough decisions, while functioning independently as well as part of a team
  • Ensure best practices are met and adherence to guidelines is established with clinical staff on a local, regional, and central level
